 I read "Son of Stuck Funky" (https://sonofstuckfunky.com/) every day which provides a look at the next day's Funky Winkerbean plus advance commentary by a cast of regulars. Today King Features hit them with a "cease and desist" order so they will be undergoing some big changes. Isn't it easy for super genius Doc Wonmug to get rid of the other Three Stooges by having them go off on a wild goose chase? I mean, those things always last, like, forever, right? I guess there is no chance that those three might go back to the time-lab since they'll always be on the wild goose chase. I guess in Joey's mind the other three are out of sight and, therefore, no longer exist. No matter that they have the same memories and inclinations as these three. But this is at least the second time there are another three goofs running around.  So, finally Little Oaf comes out and admits he hasn't a clue on how to even begin to solve the problems. The strip pretty much is coming out and saying he's like a "fish out of water" (which we obviously knew). It's strange that the teacher at least hadn't noticed he's different.
