On today's Alley Oop - 14 October 2020

 Back to the 33rd century and, magically, everything has changed in today's epic episode (https://www.gocomics.com/alley-oop/2020/10/14). No explanation as to why the restoration of all human  "culture" would make the amusement parks more modern and much better looking. but this writer doesn't bother to explain how anything is supposed to work. And Joey's explanation of culture severely wanting? The way people recreate is part of culture. Don't we consider baseball and football part of the American psyche. And if amusement parks are part of the world, or at least American, culture, why were there amusement parks on their first visit? Wouldn't they have disappeared like all other cultural aspects of life? Phil seems about as confused as I am because this whole story hasn't made any sense.
