This sitcomic's staple on today's Alley Oop - 21 April 2020
Inane gags have become a staple of this silly sitcomic. Today's staple gag is just a gentle reminder of that.
Why are they even talking about presenting that pencil as an artifact to Mr. Copious? Wasn't their mission to get evidence on whether the ancient aliens built the pyramids or not? On the March 13th of 2020's strip, Copious clearly says that he wants them to find proof that the aliens built the pyramids. I guess they've forgotten that, but the readers sure haven't.
So what's the meaning of today's strip? Just another filler for another silly gag which is a staple now? Also, some points that anyone with a brain would ask :
- When Alley Oop could take a whole laptop to Ancient Egypt (See 18th March 2020's strip), why none of them took a camera with them? How else were they supposed to get this evidence? By bringing back an alien with them?
- And Mr. Copious probably has enough wealth to fund a research to detect and prove alien DNA on that pencil. After all, that alien's ear wax would be all over that pencil because he used that to clean his ears irrespective of where his ears are located. Why isn't Dr. Wonmug even suggesting that? Oh, I guess he's dumb again today.
- And why didn't the terrible time traveling twerp trio even have a cellphone with a camera with them? If they did, why didn't they take a single picture or a video clip on their mission? How else were they supposed to gather evidence on this mission? I guess we will never get an explanation or an answer as that's a staple of this stupid sitcomic.
